Space Availability

Space in the PV+Solar India Expo 2010 is available in the form of constructed Shell Type Booths, as well as bare space. 

Constructed Booths

Constructed Booths are with Octonorm compatible systems and carpeted floor.
Rental: Rs. 10,000 (US$ 310 for overseas companies) per square metre plus Government taxes.

Complimentary facilities:

• Furniture and Fixtures i.e. Tables, Chairs,
• Plug Points, etc.
• Name Board on Facia
• Free electricity consumption (single phase, 15 amps only) for live demonstration.
• 24-hour security, cleaning and regular lighting
• Customs-free import of exhibits
• Free listing in the Official Show Directory
• Invitation to attend welcome Dinner, get-together and Cultural Programme
• Concessional advertisement rates for advertising in the Show Directory
• Concessional advertisement rates for advertising in Electronics Today;
• Complimentary one year subscription of Electronics Today.
• Concessional Delegate Fee for nominating delegates to the Workshops/Conferences
• Reasonable quantity of promotional material like stickers, posters, invitation cards, etc.

Bare Space

Bare space in the exhibition is available without carpet, partitions, furniture, electrical fittings and electric consumption. The minimum space to be booked in the Bare Space category is 40 square metres.
Rental: Rs. 9,000 (US$ 275 for overseas companies)  per square metre, plus Government taxes, plus Rs. 500 (US$ 15 for overseas companies)  per square metre for electric consumption.

Terms and conditions

• 50% initial advance payment with space booking.

• Balance full payment before January 31, 2010.  Payment to be made in favour INFOCOM EXPOSITIONS AND CONVENTIONS by TT/Cheque/Demand Draft drawn on any Mumbai Bank

• In case of non-receipt of total payment as per the above schedule, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the booking.

• Organisers reserve the right to postpone / cancel the show in the event of any circumstances beyond control.

• Government of India Service Tax is currently 10.3%
