Space in SmartCards Expo 2012, co-located with e-Security Expo

Expo 2012 and Mobile Forum 2012 is available in the form of constructed
Shell Type Booths, as well as bare space.
Constructed Booths
Constructed Booths are with Octonorm compatible systems and carpeted
floor.
Rental: Rs. 10,500 per square metre plus Government taxes.
Complimentary facilities:

• Furniture and Fixtures i.e. Tables, Chairs, Plug Points, etc.
• Name Board on Facia
• Free electricity consumption (single phase, 15 amps only)
• 24-hour security, cleaning and regular lighting

Bare Space
Bare space in the exhibition is available without carpet,
partitions,
furniture, electrical fittings and electric consumption. The minimum space
to be booked in the Bare Space category is minimum 40 square metres.
Rental: Rs. 9,500 per square metre plus Government taxes plus
Rs. 500
per square metre for electric consumption.

• Approval of exhibition plans from Indian authorities.

Terms and conditions
• 10% discount for space booked before April 30, 2012 with
10% initial payment.
• 50% initial advance payment with space booking.
• Balance in full payment before July 31, 2012. Payment to be made in favour of
INFOCOM EXPOSITIONS AND CONVENTIONS by TT/Cheque/demand draft drawn on any
Mumbai bank.
• Incase of any non-receipt of total payment as per the above schedule, the organisers reserve
the right to cancel the booking. ; Organisers reserve the right to postpone/cancel the show in event of any circumstances
beyond their control.
• Government of India service Tax as applicable - Currently it is 12.36%.
