Space Availability
Space in e-PaymentsIndia Expo 2010, co-located with SmartCards Expo 2010,e-Security Expo 2010, RFidIndia Expo 2010 and BiometricsIndia Expo 2010 is available in the form of constructed Shell Type Booths, as well as bare space.
Constructed Booths
Constructed Booths are with Octonorm compatible systems and carpeted floor.
Rental: Rs. 10,000 / US$ 310 per square metre plus Government taxes.
Complimentary facilities:
• Carpeted floor
• Furniture and Fixtures i.e. Tables, Chairs, Plug Points, etc.
• Name Board on Facia
• Free electricity consumption (single phase, 15 amps only)
• 24-hour security, cleaning and regular lighting
• Customs-free import of exhibits
• Free listing in the Official Show Directory
• Invitation to attend welcome Dinner, get-together and
Cultural Programmes.
• Concessional advertisement rates for advertising in the
Show Directory
• Concessional advertisement rates for advertising in Electronics Today;
• Complimentary one year subscription of Electronics Today.
• Concessional Delegate Fee for nominating delegates
to the Workshops/Conferences
• Reasonable quantity of promotional material like stickers, posters, invitation cards, etc.
Bare Space
Bare space in the exhibition is available without carpet,
partitions, furniture, electrical fittings and electric consumption. The minimum space to be booked in the Bare Space category is minimum 60 square metres.
Rental: Rs. 9,000 / US$ 275 per square metre plus Government taxes plus
Rs. 500 / US$ 15 per square metre for electric consumption.

• Approval of exhibition plans from Indian authorities.
• 24-hour security, cleaning and regular lighting.

Terms and conditions
• 50% initial advance payment with space booking.
• Balance full payment before July 31, 2010. Payment to be made in favour of INFOCOM EXPOSITIONS AND CONVENTIONS by TT/ Cheque/demand draft drawn on any Mumbai Bank.
• In case of non-receipt of total payment as per the above schedule, the organisers reserve the right to cancel the booking.
• Organisers reserve the right to postpone/cancel the show in the event of any circumstances beyond their control.
• Government of India service Tax as applicable
Currently it is 10.30%. |
