Bare Space : |
Bare space in the exhibition is available without carpet, partitions, furniture, electrical fittings and electric consumption. The minimum space to be booked in the Bare Space category is 60 square metres.
Rental : Rs.8200/-/ US$ 270 per square metre plus Government taxes plus Rs.300/-/ US$ 15 per square metre for electric consumption. |

Terms and Conditions: |

50% initial advance payment with space booking.

Balance full payment before July 31, 2007. Payment to be made in favour of INFOCOM EXPOSITIONS AND CONVENTIONS by TT/ Cheque/ demand draft drawn on any Mumbai Branch.

In case of non-receipt of total payment as per the above schedule, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Organisers reserve the right to postpone / cancel the show in the event of any circumstances beyond control.

Government of India Service Tax as applicable Currently it is 12.24%.
