25% initial advance payment with space booking
25% advance payment before 1st April 2005
Balance full payment before 31st July 2005
Payment to be made in favour of INFOCOM EXPOSITIONS
AND CONVENTIONS By TT/Cheque/demand draft drawn on any Mumbai
Bank.
In case of non-receipt of total payment as
per above schedule, the Organisers reserve the right to
cancel the booking and any advance payments will be forfeited.

Special Terms and Conditions
The SmartCards Expo 2005 provides the
most effective Business Forum to explore and to exploit
the burgeoning smart card market in India. In order to make
your participation as easy as possible, please go through
the following carefully. The shell scheme
- package will free you from most of technical
sorrows. The Bare space -
option gives you a maximum of freedom to display your services
and your company. Specific hall regulations are following
with the Exhibitor´s Manual.

Registration of Co-exhibitors
A compulsory registration-fee of US$250
for each co-exhibitor will be charged for listing in the

• Free Electricity consumption (single phase, 15 amps
only) for live demonstration.
• 24 hrs security, cleaning and regular lighting

• Free listing in the Official Show Directory
• invitation to attend welcome Dinner get-together
and Cultural Programme
• Concessional advertisement rates for advertising
in the show directory
• Concessional Delegate fee for nominating delegates
to Workshops/Conference
• Reasonable quantity of promotional material like
stickers, posters, invitation cards etc

Specific Services for Bare
space only:
|
|
Bare space at SmartCards Expo 2005 is available
without carpet, partitions, Furniture, electrical fittings
and electric consumption. The minimum space to be booked
in the Bare Space category is 60 square metres.
Rental : US$260/sqm plus US$15/sqm
for electric consumption.

- Approval of exhibition plans from Indian authorities
- 24 hour security, cleaning and regular lighting
- Free listing in official Show Directory
- Invitation to attend welcome Dinner get-together and

- Concessional Delegate Fee for nominating delegates
to the Workshops/Conference
- Reasonable quantity of promotional material like stickers,
posters, invitation cards, etc.

Costs for additional power-supply and 3
phase connection for the booth (machine-connection and lighting
from the nearest junction box) and the total power consumption
have to be borne by the exhibitor.

Specific Services for the participation
within the conference :
|
- providing of approx. 20 mins as time-slot for the
lecture.
- providing of state-of-the-art equipment (beamer, overhead-projector,
flip-chart, microphone)
- listing of company, lecturer, title and short summary
within the conference-programme
- copying of long version of lecture and distributing
to the audience
|
|
|
|
All materials and the total equipment are
provided for the duration of this event on a rental basis
only.
|
|
|
|
General Services:
|
- Technical and organizational management by ELECTRONICS
TODAY during preparation and event-days of SmartCards
Expo 2005.
- Participation within the specific visitor-promotion
of the organizers
- Provision of an organizer´s office and other
service stations for your needs on-site
- Daily cleaning of the aisles and exhibitor´s
booths, waste disposal
- Security and fire-protection
- Catalogue-Entry (specifications are following with
the Exhibitor´s Manual)

An Abandonment of single specific or general
services is causing no claim to reduce the participation
fee.
|

|

Terms of payment
|
|
The registration is only valid in conjunction
with a down payment of 25 % of the participation fee - latest
on your final confirmation of participation.
