Constructed Booths
Constructed Booths are with Octonorm compatible systems and Carpeted Floor.

Rental: USD 290 per square mtrs.
Complimentary facilities:
• Carpeted Floor;
• Furniture and fixtures i.e. tables, chairs, plug points, etc.;
• Name Board on Facia;
• Free electricity consumption (only single-phase up to 5 amp. Only) for live   demonstration;
• 24-hour security, daily cleaning and regular lighting;
• Customs-free import of Exhibits.
• Free listing in the Official Show Directory;
• Invitation to attend welcome Dinner, get-to-gether and Cultural Programme;
• Concessional advertisement rates for advertising in the Show Directory;
• Concessional delegate fee for nominating Delegates to the Workshops/Conference;
• Reasonable quantity of promotional material like Stickers, Posters, Invitation Cards, etc.

Bare Space

Bare space in SmartCards Expo 2005 is available without carpet, partitions, furniture, electrical fittings and electric consumption. The minimum space booked under ‘Bare Space' category is minimum 60 square metres.

Rental: USD 260 per square metre + US$ 15 per square mtrs. for electric consumption

Complimentary facilities:

• Customs-free import of Exhibits;
• Approval of Exhibition plans from Indian authorities;
• 24-hours security, daily cleaning and regular lighting;
• Free listing in the official Show Directory;
• Invitation to attend welcome Dinner, get-to-gether and Cultural Programme;
• Concessional Advertisement rates for advertising in the Show Directory;
• Concessional delegate fee for nominating Delegates to the Workshops/Conference;
• Reasonable quantity of promotional material like stickers, posters invitation cards, etc.

Terms and conditions

·• 50% initial advance payment with space booking;
• Balance full payment before July 31 2005;
• Payment to be made in favour of Infocom Expositions & Conventions by   TT/Cheque/DD drawn on any Mumbai Bank;
• In case of non-receipt of the total payment as per the above schedule, the Organizers   reserve the right to cancel the booking and any deposits will be forfeited;
• The organizers reserve the right to postpone/cancel the exhibition in the event of any    circumstances beyond their control.
• Government of India Service Taxes as applicable.
