General Information
|
Dates and Opening Hours

Visitors Information
|
|
The Fair will be open to trade buyers only.
Admission is Free. Visitors must
register at the Fair and wear the Visitor Badge during the
Fair. No Visitor
under age 16 will be admitted. The Organisers will, under
separate cover,
forward to each exhibitor, invitations, which can be sent
to their existing and
prospective clients.

Opening Ceremony
|
|
The Opening ceremony of the show will be
held on September 13, 2005
at 10:00 am (any change will be intimated in due course)
at Pragati Maidan,
New Delhi. All Exhibitors are invited to attend the ceremony.
All Exhibitors are
requested to standby at their stalls by 9:45 am.

Fair Management Office
|
|
Fair Management Office will be located near
the Entrance of the Exhibition
Hall at the Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, India.
|

|
|
|
Possession / Vacation of Stalls
|
|
a) Possession of Stall(s) to the Exhibitors
will be given on September 12,
2005 at 10 a.m. The display and decoration of the Stall(s)
must be
completed by 09:00 hrs. on September 13, 2005, to be ready
for the
Inauguration.
b) Possession of Bare Space to companies building through
their own Booth
designers/contractors will be given on September 11, 2005
at 11 a.m.
c) Exhibitors/Contractors of companies doing their own stand
constructions
must get their designs, layouts, height specifications approved
from the
organisers at least 4 weeks before the exhibition.
d) Mezzanie or Extra Floor constructions entail special
permissions and costs
from the ITPO and Organisers. Kindly get these approved
in advance (i.e.
atleast 4 weeks before the exhibition from the Organisers).
e) The Exhibitor must vacate the Stall(s) before 10 pm on
September 15,
2005, to enable the organisers to hand over vacant possession
of the Hall
to the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) authorities
.
f) The Organisers shall not be responsible for any loss
of exhibits, if the
same are not removed after the specified time.

Exhibition Related Movements
|
|
a) All the equipment/material should be carted
in and out of the Exhibition
Hall between 8 pm and 8 am, as per municipal rules. Under
no
circumstances, the material will be allowed to come in/go
out during
8 am to 8 pm.
b) All the equipment should be carted in and out on trollies
to avoid any
damage to the flooring. The equipment should be directly
transported to
the Exhibition Hall.
c) No painting or carpentry work will be allowed inside
the Exhibition Hall.
All materials should be pre-fabricated at the Exhibitor’s
premises and only
minimal assembly work should be carried out inside the hall,
and
should be done under strict supervision.

|
Liability and Insurance
|
|
a) The Organiser shall make appropriate arrangements
for security and
safety of the exhibits by insuring them against theft/fire,
etc. and arranging
security guards. However, the Exhibitors are advised to
arrange separate
insurance cover, if they so desire.
b) The Organisers shall not be responsible for any theft
or loss whatsoever
or damage to the exhibits during the Exhibition timings,
when the
Exhibitors are supposed to look after their exhibits by
deputing their own
representatives.

Storage Facilities for Empty
Boxes
|
|
Suitable space for this purpose is provided
at the Exhibition Centre.
|
|
|
|
Booth Cleaning
|
|
The Organisers will arrange for general
cleaning of the exhibition halls
and the carpeting of exhibition booths prior to the opening
of the exhibition
every day. However, it is the responsibility of the Exhibitors
to maintain their
own booth in a tidy condition at all times. The official
cleaning contractors are
not permitted to clean exhibit or display area.
