·• 50% initial advance payment with space booking,balance payment before     December 01, 2004.
·• Payment to be made in favour of Infocom Expositions & Conventions by    Cheque/DD drawn on Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore bank.
·• In case of non-receipt of the total payment as per the above schedule, the    organisers reserve the right to cancel the booking and any advance payment will be    forfeited.
·•The organisers reserve the right to postpone/cancel the exhibition in the event of any   circumstances beyond their control.
·• Government of India service Taxes, as applicable.
